Technical Assignment 1

The first Technical Assignment focuses on the background
and the construction scope of the Educational Activities Building
project. It includes information on the project schedule, building
systems, cost, existing conditions site plans, client information,
project delivery method and CM staffing plan.

Technical Assignment 2

The second Technical Assignment analyzes the important areas
of the project that affect the project construction.  This assignment
includes a detailed project schedule, detailed structural systems,
assemblies MEP and general conditions estimates.  In addition to
that, several site layout plans and BIM use evaluation were developed,
and constructability challenges were discussed.

Technical Assignment 3

The third Technical Assignment is the base for the Thesis Proposal.
It investigates and identifies areas of the project that could be used
for the final thesis proposal.  The first part is an interview with the project
manager Mr. Adam Dent that covered schedule acceleration scenarios
and value engineering Topics. The second part covers the PACE Roundtable
event and what can be taken from it to use for the proposal. The last part
identified problems or opportunities to be analyzed for the proposal.
